INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: Target audience: This is designed for licensed mental health providers as an introduction to the resilience builder program. For more advanced instruction, a more thourough training is available.


This workshop will be an introduction to the Resilience Builder Program (RBP). The RBP is an evidence-based group intervention based using cognitive behavioral framework to teach skills based on protective factors that promote resilience. It is designed to help children and teens adapt to the hardships, challenges, and difficulties in their daily lives. The full RBP includes 30 sessions to teach resilience skills.
