This workshop is well suited for mental health professionals including social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Pediatricians may also find it beneficial.
The workshop will provide participants with a clear understanding of the cognitive-behavioral treatment of OCD in children and teens. Participants will learn the types of OCD, how to assess for OCD (including a review of the CY-BOCS), and explore the three parts of anxiety: physiological (body), cognitive (thoughts), and behavioral. Treatment for each component will be explained in detail.
We guide individuals and families toward resilience and healing with evidence-based care and compassionate support.
