We are a fee for service practice. We do accept checks, cash, and credit cards (Visa and Master Card). We do not accept assignment from insurance companies. We do provide the appropriate documentation so that clients may submit claims to their insurance companies. We currently see Medicare patients on a limited basis. We currently serve a limited number of Medicare patients, however we no longer accept new Medicare patients.
