Therapy is best when it meets the needs of each individual, couple and / or family. For this reason, integrating ideas and strategies from many schools of therapy is often the most helpful way to achieve this tailored approach. Each of our therapists has training and expertise in more than one type of therapy, some of which is focused on addressing behavioral change in the present, others which enhance understanding of the present through consideration of the past, and yet others that are designed to enhance relationships.
